Can I put several questions on a step?
Yes. Group multiple questions into each step, with up to 10 steps and 50 questions per survey. Drag questions between steps and change their order whenever you like.
What is included in Free?
One active survey and 50 completed responses per calendar month, shared across your account. No credit card required. You can edit your design, view answers and export results.
What happens when I edit a published survey?
Your edits are saved as a draft. Publish again to update the live form. Existing responses keep the original questions and answers. Someone answering an older form is asked to reload before submitting.
Are responses private?
Responses and exports are only available to the account owner after sign-in. Public survey pages do not load LinkDirect advertising pixels. Don’t ask for passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Can I use my own style?
Yes. Set your business name, accent, backgrounds, borders, button shape and thank-you message. Growth and higher can remove the LinkDirect credit.
Can I export all answers?
Yes. Download CSV for spreadsheets, CSV with one row per answer, or JSON. Historical responses keep the questions as they were at submission.
